There are many possibilities for drinking yourAvantage Protéine shakers:

At breakfast, in an aim to limit muscle breakdown and stop catabolism.

Before training, we recommend that you drink it one hour before the start of your session for protein and energy intake throughout the exercise.

After training, we recommend 30 minutes afterwards so that the muscle tissue is supplied with protein as effectively as possible.

As a snack during the day, mid-morning or mid-afternoon, so that your muscles are needing protein as little as possible and to act as an appetite suppressant, avoiding you snacking (except for our snacks of course).

Before going to sleep, this will enable the longest possible nutrient intake and delay the catabolic state (note that for our whey protein to be assimilated fast, this is not the best product for this time of the day even if it can be consumed then. Casein would be more suitable for example).
